Our Developmental Reading teacher, Mrs. Cecilia Estoque made our first project with her by the help of our e-classroom and especially by the novel of Antoine de Saint Exupery entitled The Little Prince.

When I had already the book the title and the picture under it caught my attention. Many questions were revolving around my mind. Like, who is the Little Prince, where did he come from, is that a big stone or an asteroid and why the boy standing in there and what are he doing. But honestly when I read the first page of the book I cannot understand the flow of the story… why is there an adult, what is the boa constrictor related to the story and what is the connection of the pilot to the Little Prince but as I progress in reading the pages of the book my feeling was slowly changing because I can relate it now. I also felt excited as I open the pages of the book.

The novel Little Prince is that it is an amazing book and it contain wonderful story. It is about a prince in exploring the vast galaxies in the universe. He had already explored the Earth, the Sahara Desert, and Asteroids 325, 326, 327, 328, 329, and 330. In every place he explored he had met different people with different attitudes. In every man he met he learned something… he learned some new things… and to every thing.

For me, the novel is amazing, it contains wonderful story… in it I gained new words and my vocabulary was improved. The book was also worthwhile and entertaining to read and every time I read every page, I can feel that I was also in the time and place where the Little Prince visited and I saw the entire act. You know what I was carried away to the emotion that the characters had done; the characters are great and the author has done very, very, very good… because he had publish the wonderful book.
